1 1/2 cup All purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup powder milk
3/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
4 ripe mashed banana
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Sift all purpose flour, baking soda and salt and mix well. Add the cinnamon.
Microwave the butter.
In a large bowl, cream the sugar,butter, powder milk and add the vanilla extract until smooth.
Beat the eggs and add to the butter mixture and the mash bananas.
Mix the dry ingredients to the butter mixture in a folded motion.
Transfer the mixture to a cake tin, line with parchment paper.
Bake for about 45 minutes, until it is brown. Try to use toothpick or skewer to insert the cake and when it comes out clean it’s done.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing and serving.
