This is my version of my fluffy pancake 🙂

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 and 1/2 cup milk

2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ½ tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
A pinch of salt
2 eggs
2 Tablespoon of sugar

For the syrup:
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup water
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon brown sugar

Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Mix well.
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs and vanilla extract. Pour the milk and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixtures and mix together.
Heat the pan in a low fire.
Scoop the mixture to the pan as your desire amount.
When bubbles appear, flip the pancake for 2 minutes.
For the syrup:
Put all the ingredients and mix well until the sugar dissolve. Don’t overcook because the syrup will harden. Place your pancake on the plate and top with a small size of butter and pour the syrup while it still hot. Enjoy Eating while it is still warm.
