Beef Shumai with garlic chili sauce

Ingredients:

200 g of ground beef

1/2 tsp grated ginger

2 Tablespoon cornstarch

1/2 soy sauce

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 cup onion

1/2 grated or mince carrots

1/2 cup grated turnips

1 egg

Procedure:

In a big bowl combine pork, sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, oyster, salt, pepper and sesame oil. Mix well, till all are incorporated. Squeeze and drain the turnips. Combine all ingredients together with the egg and vegetables. Mix together.

Scoop small portion and place it in the center of the dumpling wrapper and wrap it well.

Steam for 30 minutes.

Cool down and serve. Enjoy!!
